The iSpeak Button Collection is a series of single-message communication buttons designed for easy use and customization. It offers an affordable solution for individuals seeking straightforward communication aids, particularly those who prefer larger button surfaces for ease of access.

Each button allows users to record a personalized message, which can be effortlessly played back with a single touch. The app supports multiple recordings per button, enabling users to update messages as needed without limit.

Customization options include adding text labels or selecting from over 500 icons provided within the app, or importing images directly from the device's camera roll. Users can navigate between buttons by swiping across the screen; the interface supports up to 15 buttons per screen. Rotation features can be adjusted via settings to prevent screen-flip-related flash-stimming behaviors.

The buttons are available in twelve different color options, with the ability to change colors through the settings menu for personalized visual preferences.

For users requiring a grid layout with multiple buttons, the "iSpeak Grid" application offers up to 16 buttons per screen. Additionally, for comprehensive augmentative and alternative communication solutions, "iVocalize" provides a full-featured AAC app under $10.

To configure the iSpeak Button Collection:

<li>Tap the small (i) icon located in the bottom right corner of your device.</li>
<li>Within this menu, enter your desired text or select an image, choose your button color, and enable rotation features as needed.</li>
<li>To record a message, press the "Start Recording" button; the spinning circle indicates active recording. Tap "Stop Recording" when finished.</li>
</ul>

Ensure that you've permitted microphone access for proper functionality. If access was denied initially, it can be enabled later via your device's Settings > Privacy > Microphone > iSpeak Button Collection.

Please note that if your device is muted, recorded messages will play immediately after recording but may not be audible in subsequent uses unless sound is unmuted. Confirm your device's sound settings accordingly.
